CLAIMS
No claims after installation.
INSTALLATION
• Use a moisture-sensitive thin-set for all white marble, limestone, and cement-based products to prevent water stains or bleeding. Water must be clean. Use premium white thin-set for all other materials.
• All boxes must be opened and the material dry-laid prior to installation for client approval.
• Order extra material for waste, cuts, and blending. We recommend a minimum of 10% for straight cuts and up to 30% for diagonal cuts.
• Natural stone varies in color, veining, and character. Samples represent only general characteristics of the quarry. Variation will occur between and within shipments.
• If more than one crate is used, it is your responsibility to blend the crates to ensure color and pattern consistency.
• If additional material is ordered later, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that it matches the original lot.
• Always use grout release or sealer before grouting.
• We recommend at least a 1/8” joint in all installations to allow for expansion and contraction.
• Natural stone may contain inherent imperfections, pits, or fills. These are normal characteristics and not considered defects.
Elisa Stone Countertops provides natural and handcrafted products. Variations in shade and color are inherent and expected. In no event shall Elisa Stone Countertops be liable for any difference in shade, tone, or color between sample and delivered material.
